Finally one for the dads
Nina – The Good Night Show on Sprout.
Sprout or Nick Jr. is on our TV all the freaking time these days with the only break comes when Teaspoon goes to bed or there is hockey on. Now calm down, Teaspoon doesn’t watch TV all day or even that much but its great background music when playing with the boy. Back to my point, dads if you’re tired of the same old drab cartoons and claymation check out the Good Night Show and watch Nina. mmmhmmm

Nina’s voice is so soft and sing-songy. I often wonder if she goes backstage, kicks Star and yells a few four letter words at the end of the day
You know she’s throwing back shots thinking “wtf am doing… i’m young, i’m smokin hot and I sit on a couchin my pajamas with a talking star.”
I bet she drinks tequila and margaritas. she looks like a mixed drink kinda gal.
And, the same pair of pajamas every single day, no less!
I knew I spent one too many weekends at my parents camp with the entire family last summer when I was singing like Chicka at the end of the weekend and I was saying “Calliou! He’s my favorite!” Like you’re household, it’s background music when we were inside with the little monkey.
Lushie found a toy phone that was for Wonder Pets and when you call it sings “The Phone! The phone is ring-ing!”
