Ladies and gents, this is the Roethlisburger from Peppi’s. If I have one final meal before death it will be this beast. 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef, hot sausage, egg, American cheese, lettuce, grilled onions, tomato and mayo. I had this beast at 12:30p last Friday and by 3:15p I felt like I was going to die a delicious death.

This is my last week working in the Strip so tomorrow is my last Pho Thursday. The question now becomes, what do I go out with in style on Friday?

Let me know where in the Strip I should go eat that’s walking distance from 16th Street Bridge during lunch hour. Nothing fancy either. I want yinzer quaint.
