Shel it is absolutely amazing. This is a case of people talking about it enough I gave in. I’m also saying “what took me so long!!!”

Always refreshing to find a first-time pho convert. Many people do not realize pho is a meal in itself and not a soup (a misnomer credited to Viet restaurateurs,) so they end up ordering more food than necessary. But then it’s good to try a variety if you haven’t had Vietnamese before. Very cheap eats.

Proud of you for making the leap to a Pho house! You said if the day ever came that you had the opportunity, that you’d jump. You did, and I’m so happy that you had a positive experience.

My favorite guilty pleasure food had been southern fried chicken for years. I knew it was bad for me, but I’d eat it anyway. That was until I discovered Pho. With the fairly high sodium content being the only drawback (and it’s not even that high, really), I don’t feel like I’m doing something unhealthy by eating it.

Dude. I am jealous. BuBBy keeps enthusing about this and I’m afraid that I’m going to try it some day, get hooked, and never be able to eat it again because I’m out in the boonies.

I hate being a girl with big-city tastes living WAAAYYYY outside a metro area.
