Oh what a week!

jacksonnap

Teaspoon: Week old today and since his birth it’s been a non-stop ride. He’s been making remarkable progess so far and the doctors are amazed. We should have the little man home in time for the Cup playoffs.

Nursery: I’d say it’s about 90% done. Brother Bob was over yesterday to help me get the bulk of the painting done. Now I just have touch ups and rug scrubbing before the furniture arrives. I’m lovin Dutch Boy right about now.

Mommy and Daddy: We’re starting to get caught up on our sleep which I’m sure will go right out the door when he gets here. Our house has blown up multiple times and if you know Lushie that drives her nuts. Studio B is a disaster area as we rush to make room for more baby shower gifts. I honestly couldn’t have planned getting laid off at a better time. I’ve been able to spend as much time as I want at the hospital and get the house ready. Life is pretty good right now.

Podcast: We’re looking for kind folks to sit in for me while Lushie and I get ready for Jackson coming home. We can’t use everyone but we can use some. Studio A is starting to overflow with beers and it’s killing sickpuppy to not drink them. Shoot me a message here if you’re interested.

Blog: I know I said that Jackson won’t have a blog or whatever. Seriously reconsidering that with everything that has happened. Or at least post more pics online since both of our families are all over the place. Eh, I’m having one of those moments.

cheers!
