Staples site is horrible for sending in complaints. By working there I know they take it seriously but I said screw it, they just wont get my business which is sad for them since my podcast used them for shipping and business materials. Office Max is just as close.

I, too, have sworn off working in retail.
Everybody always freaked out on BF. You had to be at work earlier, sure, and there were more, ruder people, but why let it get to you so badly? And seriously, I’m not usually the kind of person that tattles, but I would call whatever hauncho was above the Staples guy… there’s no excuse for ignoring/rudeness.

i hope you ended up with a good ‘top anyway.

cp, I never hit the millcreek mall for black friday but I did do WalMart one year on upper peach when a riot broke out from people running to cut line from their cars.

i thought this year’s bf was a bit underwelming.
Unless you were in the market for a flat screen tv or GPS, the deals were a bit of a yawner … many doorbusters were available cheaper online days before the sale
We still went out – even braved millcreek mall for the 1st time in years – but no killer big ticket items like in previous years

Not sure if you know about it, but newegg.com is the best place I have seen to get computer and electronic stuff. It rocks. quick shipping and good customer service. I have been using them for years.
