		<description>Well, you&#039;re nothing if not thorough. Great back-story behind the brewer and his beer.  Sounds like the perfect Spring drink.  Odd that you said the beer was &quot;too carbonated&quot; because it looks like it lacks some head (which life in the growler sometimes does to a beer).

And any IPA that uses the infamous &quot;C&quot; hops is doing everything right.  Quality drink.</description>
