Dawn – It really is a nice place to visit and honestly when I lived there I never took advantage of it. When you’re around it all the time you don’t appreciate what’s there. We could all go to the Brew Erie after a day at Presque Isle!

DMA – Well back in the 40′s you were able to. Now a days I’ll only drive your car across.

Sorg – I was looking at the new coaster at Waldameer that’s going over the ravine. It’s worth the trip just to ride that!

I miss our yearly trips to Presque Isle. Waldameer Park was the shit.

I know it might sound strange, but I love Lake Erie! Actually, I love Presque Isle. For a while I was considering moving up there and looking to buy or rent a cabin up by the lake. The only problem is that I absolutely abhor snow, and I’ve been in Erie for winter before (my brother went to Mercyhurst, and one of my best friends went to Gannon, and I spent a lot of time up there. When the snow on the side of the street is taller than me, I know I’m in the wrong neighborhood!).

I hope to at least make a few trips up there during the summer for the weekends.

As for crazy lady…. I can’t say I’m surprised…. I see people like that ~all~ the time. I guess I just attract them!
