I swear that last night my wife was trying to poison me with this. We’re eating healthier these days so she’s trying to slide in a healthier menu for dinner.  This one failed miserably from the first taste.  Sausage is meant to have meat. To remove the meat is a crime against humanity.

I cant get the taste out of my mouth a day later.  Ladies, if you buy this for your husband he will leave you. You have been warned. Guys, if you do, call me and I’ll fire up the grill.

      I like Boca’s burgers, but I’ve never found a “healthy” fake sausage that works for me, not matter what the brand. it’s always mushy, which is a horrible thing when your mouth is ready for the pop of an actual grilled sausage.

      The lesson here? Sausage isn’t meant to be good for you.
